'चीज़ी पनीर फ्रैंकी | Cheesy Paneer Frankie | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana'

'An amazing snack that is loaded with spicy paneer stuffing and delicious cheese rolled inside a buttery roti.   CHEESY PANEER FRANKIE   Ingredients  60 grams processed cheese 250 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1 inch thick strips Stuffing 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp butter 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 large tomato, finely chopped 1-2 green chillies, chopped ½ cup tomato puree Salt to taste 4 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves 1½ tsps red chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp coriander powder ¾ tsp cumin powder 1 tbsp Tata Sampann Paneer Masala Frankie 4 ready-made refined flour rotis 4 tsps butter Dry mango powder for sprinkling Green chutney for drizzling Onion slices as required  Method   1. To make the stuffing, heat oil and butter in a non-stick tawa. Add onion, tomato and green chillies and mix and sauté for 2 minutes. 2. Add tomato puree and salt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add 2 tbsps chopped coriander, mix and cook further for 1 minute. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder, and sauté for 1 minute. 4. Add cottage cheese and Tata Sampann Paneer Masala and mix. Add ¼ cup water, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. 5. Add remaining coriander leaves and transfer into a bowl.  6. To make Frankie, heat butter in the same tawa. Place refined flour rotis on it and cook for 1 minute, flip and add a portion of cottage cheese mixture in the center of each roti and spread it evenly. 7. Sprinkle dry mango powder, grate 15 grams processed cheese on each portion, drizzle green chutney and sprinkle onion slices and tightly roll. 8.
